1. Opening Direction

The opening direction of your pool deck is one of the most important decisions in the planning phase. We offer four main configurations:

Short Side Rails

The deck opens along the short side of the pool. Ideal for narrow spaces and gardens with limited length.

Long Side Rails

The deck slides along the long side of the pool. Best for pools with open space on one side.

Telescopic Two-Piece

Two deck sections slide over each other. Perfect for limited parking space when the deck is open.

Side-by-Side Two-Piece

Two sections slide in opposite directions. Ideal for very large pools or symmetrical garden designs.

2. Wheels, Rails & Hardware

Our rail systems are the backbone of every pool deck installation. We use only premium materials designed to withstand years of outdoor exposure.

Heavy Duty Rails & Wheels
  • Galvanized steel rails - cost-effective solution with excellent durability
  • Stainless steel (V2A/V4A) - premium option for saltwater pools and coastal areas
  • Heavy-duty wheels with sealed bearings for smooth, quiet operation
  • Movement clearance built-in for thermal expansion compensation
  • Surface rust on galvanized steel can be easily removed with a scotch sponge

3. Powder Coating & Color

Customize your pool deck frame with professional powder coating in any RAL color. This process provides:

3. Powder Coating & Color
  • Superior corrosion resistance for aluminum frames
  • UV-stable colors that won't fade in sunlight
  • Aesthetic integration with your outdoor space
  • Protection against pool chemicals (chlorine, salt)
  • Popular colors: RAL 7016 (Anthracite Grey), RAL 9005 (Jet Black), RAL 9016 (Traffic White)

4. Water Drainage Plates

Our 1mm aluminum drainage plates are essential components that protect the pool water and mechanical systems.

Integrated Drainage SystemXPS Insulation
  • Prevents debris from falling into the pool when deck is closed
  • Channels rainwater away from the pool surface
  • Protects against salt, chlorine, and chemical damage
  • Easy to clean and maintain
  • Available in matching powder-coated colors

5. Brush Sealing System

Brush seals minimize gaps between deck panels and edges, providing thermal insulation and debris protection.

Brush Safety Sealing

Standard Brush Seals

Effective sealing for most installations. Reduces heat loss and keeps debris out.

Premium Brush Seals

Enhanced density for maximum insulation. Recommended for heated pools and cold climates.

Precise installation is critical - even small gaps can significantly impact thermal efficiency.

6. WPC/Wood Decking Configuration

The surface of your pool deck can be customized with various materials. Our substructure is designed to accommodate different decking types.

Decking OptionsWPCNatural Wood
  • Standard support spacing: 800mm - suitable for most composite decking
  • Reinforced spacing: 450mm maximum - required for certain wood types and stone
  • WPC (Wood-Plastic Composite) - low maintenance, slip-resistant, durable
  • Natural hardwood options - premium appearance, requires regular maintenance
  • Natural hardwood options - premium appearance, requires regular maintenance
  • Artificial turf - unique aesthetic, soft underfoot

7. Motorized Drive System

Upgrade to our optional motorized system for effortless one-touch operation. The 24V motor system includes:

Motor & Remote Control
  • 24V DC motor - safe, low voltage operation
  • Wireless remote control with multiple channels
  • Soft start/stop for smooth, quiet movement
  • Manual override capability during power outages
  • Auto-stop safety sensors
  • Auto-stop safety sensors
  • Opening/closing time: approximately 45-60 seconds

8. Foundation & Substructure

A solid foundation is essential for smooth operation and longevity. We offer two substructure options:

Adjustable FoundationAluminum Substructure

Short Foundation

Compact design for level surfaces. Lower profile, easier installation.

Long Foundation

Extended support for uneven terrain. 3D adjustable bearings compensate for surface irregularities.

  • 3D adjustable bearings included for precise leveling
  • Hot-dip galvanized steel construction
  • Hot-dip galvanized steel construction
  • Can accommodate height differences up to 50mm

9. Step Arm Brackets

For pool decks with a height greater than 280mm, cantilever step arm brackets provide additional support and stability.

Cantilever Step Bracket
  • Required for deck heights exceeding 280mm
  • Cantilever design distributes weight evenly
  • Stainless steel construction for durability
  • Can be combined with step treads for easy access
  • Custom lengths available for specific requirements
